DDS is your Arizona Trade Show & Event Installation & Dismantle Specialist with over three decades of experience in the state’s unique mix of facilities and challenges. We work directly with exhibiting companies, exhibit houses, and event companies and provide subcontractor services to some of the largest I&D companies in the country. DDS provides personal attention for all installation and dismantle work. We ensure the exhibitor is completely satisfied by providing set-up photos for review and approval. Exhibitors are provided with 24×7 contact information should questions or needs arise during the event. Once dismantle is complete, we follow-up with outbound freight photos and a copy of the BOL.
RESOURCES
Decades of experience have taught us what event managers, exhibit builders and exhibitors need on site. We operate with a fleet of vans, trucks and trailers stocked with Genie lifts, ladders, specialty tools, hardware and supplies to facilitate unforeseen repairs and fabrication on site.
EFFICIENCY
Our Managers and Leadmen have strong working relationships with General and Show Service Contractors. The DDS crew members have worked together for many years, resulting in an efficient and cohesive team. We make it a priority to utilize the same crew for installation and dismantle to ensure proper re-pack of your exhibit properties.

I & D SUPERVISION
On-site supervision is available giving you confidence in the successful installation and dismantle of your exhibit while allowing your sales team to focus on your business.
RENTALS
We offer competitive rental rates on high quality ancillary booth items such as carpet/pad, truss, furniture, pipe/drape, audio visual aids and more. In many cases, 4 hour minimums can be reduced when combining show rental items with exhibit Installation & Dismantle labor through DDS.
